Property Construction Notice

Dear Lorian Owners,

Please be advised for ongoing construction work at the Lorian this summer. Facility improvement projects include repairs to the sun deck, catwalk, and hot tub. Project plans detailed below:

  • Waterproofing the sun deck and catwalk commenced in June. The sun deck project is anticipated to be completed by the end of July. The catwalk project will begin as soon as required parts are received.

  • The hot tub is currently out of order due to a substantial leak in the pipes. Our team is in the process of evaluating the issue and developing a plan for repairs. More details coming soon.
